Reviews and Ratings
Hotel Valgus is a cozy and modern option when staying in Cuenca, with spacious and clean rooms that are well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is a highlight with plenty of choices. However, the lack of adequate heating in the rooms can make nights uncomfortable, and the restaurant food didn't meet expectations during my visit.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Valgus, where everything felt new and well-maintained. The room was spacious and the amenities were nice, but it got quite cold at night, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Cuenca. Overall, it’s a lovely place but could improve on room heating.
We had a lovely romantic getaway at the hotel, enjoying spacious and comfortable rooms with luxurious features like a raindrop shower. The location allowed us easy access to nearby restaurants, and breakfast was one of the highlights with a great variety. However, there were some issues with the staff's performance and room temperature that could be improved.
This hotel is quite modern and offers spacious rooms with stunning views of Cuenca. The amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, making for a pleasant overall experience. However, there are some issues, such as the unreliable air conditioning and mixed quality of the dining options. While the location is advantageous for exploring Cuenca, the value for money could be better given the dining disappointments.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and clean, the dining left much to be desired, and the overall service wasn't very efficient. The location was decent, but overall, I feel like I could find better value elsewhere.
